Located at the ground floor of the indoor stadium wtih al fresco seats facing the Kallang river Is Myra's. The restaurant serves up mexican fare and cuisine from North Indian. The quirky interiors make a good representation of both with its murals and decor. We check it out to see if the food served is any good.
Friday is the night of our visit and we walked into a rather empty restaurant which is usually a bad sign. Nevertheless, we were seated by the enthusiastic service crew whom welcome us warmly. We look around and cannot grasp what sort of place is the restaurant marketing itself at with contrasting Mexican murals and Indian decorations.
Bottled water are placed on the table for guest convenience of $1 per bottle.
We did not fancy paying $1 for Dasani's water which is essentially tap water and went ahead to have something strong to go with our dinner, the Long Island Tea. The drink look pretty harmless but is actually one of the strongest one I ever had.
The punchy cocktails were a great addition to our tacos and fajitas. For the price, the serving is generous with more than enough tacos for one. An order will definitely be enough for 2 ladies. There is a good amount of greens, cheese and meat. The avocado and sour cream dip works wonder to enhance the taste of the tacos which was otherwise rather bland.

The missus as usual went with the seafood fish tikka which served up soft tacos.The serving is once again more than a handful. The fish meat is well spiced and the entire dish feels like a deconstructed wrap.

Quality and taste wise, Baja fresh was much better. For those that live round the corner or finished a concert at the indoor stadium, the restaurant will be a good bet if you will like to load up on food or craving for a strong drink. While short in quality, they make it for for quantity which is not always a good thing.
Entertainer users will be able to get 1 for 1 like we did which made it worthwhile a visit but I am not so sure now if I have to pay full price.
