The face suites is an all suite 5 star hotel concept cum private residence located in downtown Kuala Lumpur. Its suites are in high floor and provided a breath taking view of the cityscape.

Just minutes away from the Qiell which houses decent eateries and a huge supermarket, the hotel is definitely a very convenient place for rest and play. Being near to Bukit Nanas LRT line also works wonder for exploring the city. However, with the hotel being so pretty and offering such awesome views, you will not want to spend too much time away.





The hotel is currently in its soft launch stage and some minor inconvenience can be expected. Apart from taxis and Ubers not knowing the whereabouts, we did not encounter any problems and were very pleased with our stay. The lobby area is large and there are two staff to assist you to check in. A concierge is available and bellhops are available to assist with your luggage.


The lobby area is well decorated with several large landscape drawings.



Seating areas are made available for guests at the lobby.

We booked the 1 bedroom deluxe room and were given a room on the 43rd floor. Our eyes immediately lit up imagining the prospects of beautiful views and we were not disappointed. Our room was a humongous 84sqm which was the size of a small condo and was fitted with luxury fittings which includes the kitchenette.

The living room is huge and comes with a small dining table for two.


The living room sofa was comfortable and useful for lazing around to watch television.




The appliances were from brand names like Bosch.







Now lets have a look at the rooms. A small study area is located behind the glass door which opens by waving your hand at the switch.


The space is sufficient to get some work done


The bathroom is clean and large. A decent array of amenities is provided as expected from a 5 star establishment.





There is no rain shower which is slightly disappointing. It will have been perfect if the rooms come with a bath tub.



Some house brand body wash and shampoo which are decent and nothing to shout about.





You can adjust the sliding doors to watch TV on the bed.




At the top floor (level 51), lies the gym and awesome infinity pool which will definitely be the ultimate highlight of this place. The gym is well equipped and who can get tired of working out in such awesome views of the city.




We save the best for the last and this will be the rooftop infinity pool. You can see the twin towers on your left and the Menara KL tower on your right.




The missus soaking up the beautiful sights and having some fun.





You can lounge in these comfy chairs and feel you are among the clouds.




The overcast sky dampen what would have been a perfect afternoon swim.












The wifi is also pretty fast and good enough to surf the net or watching videos.
